Integrated as a module in our Reporting and Recording Solution for managed IP PBX, or deployed as a standalone solution, our Reporting solution provides powerful and granular reporting features to Enterprises.

The default reports include Outbound and Inbound Call Analysis, as well as Reports for Internal and Mobile Calls. All reports can be personalized through the use of advanced search filters, displayed as a graphical dashboard, and drill down can be further used to focus reports in real-time on specific extensions, branches, numbers.
